Lovely chic dress suitable for any season. Size 0 and true to size, fit me comfortably when I was 24-25 inches! I am 5’4 and it hit me just over the knee. Beautiful blue color (photos show accurate shade). In excellent condition. Zipper in the back (not noticeable). And it has pockets! Sadly I’ve outgrown it so I have to pass along.
