J. Crew Collection Quartz Jacquard Salon Mini

Tag size 4, which should fit me, but I am selling because style runs large even for JCrew. Meant to sit at natural waist, but nearly hangs on my hips. 14.75" across waist (similar to tulip skirt 4s), 20" (!) across hips. I'd be happy to hear from someone with a size 2. Beautiful fabric. Pockets. Excellent condition, never worn. A few thread tails are loose at seam, likely to be found on all jacquard pieces. I suggest securing them with clear nail polish.
