This navy and white striped top is actually a labor of love, painstakingly draped and fit in-house to make sure the ruffle ratio was just right (aka super-flattering). 24 1/2" length Back zip closure Jewel neck Elbow sleeves 100% cotton **This is an XXS SMALL, but fits like a SMALL. It runs large. Please see pictures #5 and #6 for tiny dots, I have not tried to remove them so they may wash out fine. They are hard to notice.
