J.Crew Brewster Riding boots (extended calf) Size 6, Dark Brown. The extended calf is about a half inch wider than regular J.Crew boots - I feel like I have normal calves, and the extended calf makes it much easier to wear skinny jeans/pants tucked into the boots. Condition: Great - two small scratches (please see photos). Worn a dozen times. Measurements: heel - 1.5 inches, shaft - 15.5 inches, calf - 14.5 inches. 100% authentic.

wtslaven Could you take some pictures that show the color better? Also, what is the circumference of the shaft, I have big calf muscles?

kcoriell @wtslaven I'm out of town, but can post better photo of the dark brown color tomorrow evening or Wednesday morning. As for calf circumference, that is posted in the description along with shaft height plus and heel height. When I get home, I can measure my calf circumference to give you a reference.

kcoriell @wtslaven I made a new listing for clarification. Also, I noticed a few minor scuffs that aren't noticeable unless you are within inches of the boots - and I'd fully expect them to come out with leather conditioner or the like.

kcoriell @wtslaven I'm 5'3.5 with about a 31.5 inseam (for pants to skim the ground). Typically, I wear 29 inch inseam skinny jeans which pretty much cover my ankle and hit top of foot. As for where the boots hit me - the top is 3.5 inches under the crease at the back of my knee. I changed out one of the photos on the other post to try to show how the hit (I don't have a mirror that works well for these kind of photos and only one home currently).

wtslaven Thanks, I'm 5'1 and most of my jeans are straight leg with a 29 inch inseam, so I'm not too much shorter than you are. I hope when I measure I'm close, I really like these. Thanks for the info.

wtslaven I measured and I need the the circumference of the boot to be at least 15 inches, I'm so sad, I really liked these boots. Thanks for all the extra effort you went to giving me details 😰.

kcoriell @wtslaven Hola - I just realized a feature on the boots that should solve the calf issue... I posted new photos with description in the other listing. So the boots have this elastic expanding insert on the inside seams. They looked to expand at least a half inch. Plus, I don't think a cobbler would have issue expanding it even more.
