JELLY THE PUG bright, colorful, whimsical holiday dress and matching red ruffle top in size 4.  This dress is full of layers and looks wonderful with the 3/4 sleeve shirt underneath.  Add leggings for added warmth! Take your little one out in this dress and it will brighten people's spirits...it is honestly THAT cute. The dress is in excellent condition and was only worn twice and washed on cold, delicate cycle and hung dry. The red top has slight wash wear but in good used condition, no stains!
