Brand: niko and... (ニコアンド). Has a tie on the side but also fastens with buttons. Beautiful brown skirt, bought in Japan but never worn. Is a size 4 (niko and... only carries sizes 3 and 4), which for niko and... is a large, but I am listing this as a medium because according to their website, the length is 30.5” and the waist is 26-27”.
