He finally arrived but with complications. He was born by c-section. Mom had a very rough time, but with lots of prayers and God's great love she made it through and is recovering nicely. Now I can say I'm a great grandma!

Baby Jared on left is my greatgrandson at 1 month+1 day. His best friend is baby on right, Kaeden, born last Thursday, May 30. He's 3 days old in this picture. Jared looks like he's saying, "I caught one this big!"

Jared has his arms up telling his best buddy he caught one THIS BIG!! His buddy Kaeden was born May 30th. Their moms are BFF's since about 4th grade. Each stood up for the other at their weddings just a couple months apart. Then had their firstborns just 26 days apart!

Jared just turned 5 weeks yesterday. He's such a happy bb. The absolute light of all our lives! A very much loved bb boy.
Here's a recent picture of my granddaughter Jamie since she's gotten a little more sleep. The bb weight is dropping off and she's feeling more like her old self again.

Ok. This is confusing everyone. First picture is my greatgrandson Jared at 7 weeks.
Second picture is my grandson-in-law Jordan with Jared in hospital immediately following Jared's birth.
Third picture is my most beautiful, amazing & precious eldest granddaughter Jamie. Jordan's wife and Jared's mommy.
Last picture is Jared at 3 weeks laying with his best buddy Kaeden who is just 3 days old here. Both mommies are vbgf since about 4th grade. Got married a few months apart, and both got pregnant about a month apart. Both had boys first time.
Jared, my greatgrandson is the one with his arms up and mouth open. Like he's telling Kaeden, "I got one THIS big!" Lol!

I just now got the jacket. It's beautiful! I have to wait to wear it until I lose more weight. I'm on Nutrisystem & going to physical therapy right now so pounds are dropping. I've lost almost 20 lbs so far! This lovely jacket is my inspiration!! Thank you very much for the great price!

Oh hon. I've been very sick. Had that awful flu with fever that wouldn't go away. Saw dr finally on Wednesday. I have pneumonia. Very sick. My daughter was supposed to pay me yesterday, but I haven't heard from her. I've been worrying about those items you're reserving for me. I know you need to make some money also hon. You go ahead and take them off reserve. I'll check back whenever she's paid me to see what you have available. Ok? She's been paying before her due date, so I'm thinking they need the money to buy Thanksgiving food. They have 6 kids. 4 grown + 2 small ones + extended family.

I have my good days and my bad days like so many others. I do what I can and then rest. Very busy with grandkids. Have had to keep them overnights and next morning feed them breakfast and make sure they brush their teeth and I take them to school. Then go back to get them in the afternoon and bring them home and help with homework.
I miss you too hon. I hope life is treating you better.

I could have been really interesting for me had to have my dog put to sleep because he bit me in the face my son is having a baby, thinking of getting rid of my boyfriend, really having a ball. It's a typical year for me. But I'm glad I'm still alive still in good health. I guess you could say I'm happy . Still trying to make a good day of all this. Looking forward to a new little smiling face. BABIES ARE SO SPECIAL.
