Jason Wu Bicycle Tire Print Size Small Dress

This is an adorable Jason Wu (for Target) dress with pleating on the front. The print reminds me of bicycle tires. It is a size small. This is around knee length. I did notice a tiny needle point jab in one of the sleeves, very minor. Reminds me of a ModCloth dress.
