Bought this dress for my wedding day but didn’t wind up using it. I am 5’1 and dress was altered to fit me with a 2 inch block heel. At the time of my fitting I was around a size 6 and 34c cup.
There is a slight snag in the fabric on the left hip side of the dress. It is not very noticeable.

@ruthjvarner I can’t guarantee it but I’m 5’1 and without heels the dress does touch the ground.
