Hi! I see a couple black dots on the front of the dress. Are those stains and can they be removed? Also, was the dress altered?

@haleyheath93 they’re not stains. The first picture is me trying to hold the satin fabric up where the light is bouncing off the silk. The second picture is where there was a thread pulled after dry cleaning it. It’s small, but I like to show everything someone would want to see!
