Figure hugging women's size 8 Jessica Howard dress. The color is a smoky blue with ivory embroidered vines throughout. Chest measurement is 16.5 inches laying flat and length measures 35 inches from shoulder to hem laying flat. The dress does fit true to size, I'm only selling because it's a little snug through the chest on me. I'm a 8/10 or medium dress size and a Victoria Secret size 36 DD. It fits perfectly everywhere but in the chest. It would fit a B or C cup much better. Open to offers
