Reposhing this item I purchased from @npsnznwhz. Perfect mother-of-the-bride/groom dress. I love the style but I'm 5'2" tall and it's proportioned for a taller woman. Bust measurement is 22.5" armpit-to-armpit. Waist measures 20.5", dress laying flat. Dress is unhemmed. Fabric has some stretch (95% polyester, 5% spandex; lining is 100% polyester).
