Jessica McClintock Silver mermaid formal dress

Shiny silver floor length Jessica McClintock prom or ball dress. It is a size 8 though it fits fairly well even on a size 4 like myself so it definitely runs small. It flairs and is ruffly at the bottom. I would recommend getting an underskirt or hoop skirt to make it puff out more at the bottom for less dragging but super cute the way it is! It has a matching color fabric rose near the bottom on the front.
