Jessica McClintock Strapless dress NWT Size12

NWT Jessica McClintock rich brown strapless dress with a slight dropped waist. The outer material is embroidered with flowers as well as tiny, scattered sparkles throughout. A wide ribbon that ties at the natural waist. The skirt has 3 layers and the bottom layer is tulle and a scalloped hemline with a 16” hidden zipper in back. It reads a size 12 but honestly, I think it would fit a size 10 much better. It measures 16 1/2” from pit to pit. Measures 30” from center top to hem.
