This adorable dress has a hood with a cute bow. It has tulle sleeves. The skirt has various color netting that has been cut to look fairylike, over pink netting, over pink poly skirt. The vest is printed on the top and not an additional piece. The heart has sequins that change colors when you play with it. Very fun dress for play or for Halloween.
