darre_bizarre @sugarmadison Hello! I apologize I'm responding belatedly!! The blazer does have shoulder pads. I am usually size 0-2 in clothes. Given your size, I think it should fit you well because it is a bit tight on me (I can't wear it with anything thicker than a sleeveless top). I have added photos of the sequins (each sequin is 1/16")
