@zumbamak15 sorry just saw your message. Yes they are leather. I think they fit true to size. I’m a 7.5 and they fit me well but I line my boots a little larger so my toes aren’t pinching. Honestly, these are brand new with tags. I don’t have the box though. I’m selling them because I have too many boots that I don’t wear. Lol
