Judith Ripka lemon quartz sterling silver ring with 18 karat gold and diamonds

Purchased as a gift from Bloomingdales in Orlando. I took it to a jeweler yesterday, and they confirmed it is lemon quartz with sterling silver, the little heart shaped accents are 18 karat gold, and the small stones are diamonds. There are some scratches on the stone which can’t be seen, unless you look very closely.. smoke pet free home
