norcalpunkr I was on the phone for 30 minutes and they still wouldn't connect me to a human. I'm guessing, since it was pouring rain yesterday Fed-Ex didn't want to walk my medium driveway to deliver it. So I sent in a request for a redelivery. @ahhbeeis
