Kawaii fuzzy skirt with hidden shorts

SUPER KAWAII AND FUZZY SKIRT/SHORTS!! The only flaw is a bit of loose stitching around the hem! I wore this a couple of times but I haven’t worn it in so long it’s going to waste:(( This is a one size piece with shirring in the back. My waist is 27” but it’s kinda loose and I’d say it could get up to 30” at least !! And I have chunkier thighs so no worries about the shorts!
