The layered peplum on this black 80s blazer is EVERYTHING! The silhouette this piece creates is so figure flattering. Includes the original shoulder pads! The thin floral detail along the edges of this piece adds just the right touch to be able to dress this piece down or up! It would look cute with a skirt or even a pair of jeans.
