LIKE NEW (Worn ONCE!) Blue Tassel Sleeveless Tunic

Like New (Worn Once), Small Royal Blue and White Print Tunic Swing Top with Tassels on the Hem. Super cute!!! It just did not fit my narrow shoulders well but should fit an average size small. I did not try it on before purchasing at Dillard's and waited too long to return it.
