LIKE NEW navy one-shoulder formal dress 4

This asymmetrical, ruffled and pleated dress is flattering to curves and forgiving of flaws! It is fully lined and has a grippy rubber along the top edge to help keep it in place. In pictures, the light reflects very blue; in person, it is a true navy color. Although washable, it is a BEAST to iron, so I suggest dry cleaning. Back zip and hook closure. No rips or stains, excellent used condition, like new.
