WHBM Black white and brown halter dress 4

This fully lined fit & flare halter dress has a tie neck, a side zip, and a decorative bow belt. The V-neck is kept modest by the addition of 3 buttons at the bust. The skirt has inverted pleats in front & back. The fabric is a leaf design in brown and black on white. It perfectly fits my mannequin! 35" bust, 29" waist. Dress is 22" from underbust to hem (top is adjustable, so can't really be measured). Lowest point of V neck is 5" above underbust seam. No rips or stains. Excellent condition
