Beautiful and elegant, this midi dress and a cocktail hour go hand in hand. A slinky fabric,balloon like sleeves with cuffs, V neckline that flows into a gathered twist front accented knot between top of dress and waistline,that gives a draped effect on both sides of the front of the dress, and a split in front center of dress to finish the look.
