LV suit, worn 2x. YES THIS INCLUDES TROUSERS. It is a size 48R IT/ 38US. Arguably best suit I have ever worn, inside of the jacket has an absolutely insane LV monogram. Untailored, fits amazing. I am 6’3 195 with an athletic build, i can just about fit it, i definitely am a 50R now though. It is amazing, worth it’s weight in gold. Stored in an appropriate setting, taken care of. @jasonsopkovich italian 48 yes. 38 US. I will get measurements today, I wear 36waist pants with a belt and these i’d say are around 33-34 inches around the waist. i will confirm later and add photos/info for you
