@jen5779 yes from opening and closing. I see the new ones have more of a clearance, probably because of that design flaw. At one point I called LV and they said a lot of customers reported that issue.

@lindseylou85 yes for sure! I’ve seen it on a lot of the older models! They wouldn’t let you exchange or give you store credit because of the defect?
