This is a slinky poly top that looks great with tights or skinny pants. It does not have tags but has never been worn. It is a size small but plenty of room to fit a medium lady. The dots on the butterfly are actually little crystals for that added bling. There is even a butterfly on the back. The sides are a little longer with slits that add to the trendy look.
