Someone MUST buy this for New Years eve or a winter wedding or holiday party. I received sooo many compliments the one time I wore it!!! It’s expensive and looks it. It’s viscose and silk—very comfortable. It’s the thin velvet not the thick heavy kind. In fact it’s probably not even real velvet but it sure feels and looks the part. The wide legged pants have a great drape to them. There’s a sash belt with thin loops and the straps are adjustable. The waist is very roomy so it’s meant to be tied nicely with the belt Zip closure. The best part Side Seam Pockets!!!! You’ll be a smash
