This dress is pre-owned and hasn't been worn is more than 3 years. It's been in a plastic storage bin for the last couple of years and I have a smoke free pet free home. There are no visible tears, rips, stains that I can see but again it's a maxi dress that has a lot of material to look at. The interior is satin-like and has a 1/4 zipper on the side. Total transparency: the sizing of this dress is deceptive. As you can see in the pictures, the size says 26 but it definitely does not fit that size. I was a solid mid-size 24 when I bought this and the dress fits like a small size 24 closer to 22 with the material having little to no give or stretch. Otherwise it's a super cute & flowing dress when on which is shown in the last picture above. Measurements are approximate: 61" long 14" side zipper 28" wide at mid point of dress (approximate)
