Maternity sizing XXS for reference: I'm 5'4, 135lbs, 32DD, and I carry my weight in my top half and this fits me perfectly. It's super easy to lift the flap and breastfeed your baby discreetly in public. It's nice to wear under a jacket or coat since it's a tank top and it's very flattering around the tummy area especially after postpartum. Cute design too and it's gently used.
