Does this fit more like a medium? I’m a size 4/6 but tall so sometimes I order a size up

@hannahkgreene with the tie shoulders you can adjust the length. The problem for me was that it didn’t fit over my hips comfortably but that’s because I’m a US8. (I’m also tall)
