This skirt has layers. Doesn’t even need a petticoat! It’s flowy and poofy in all the right ways. Fit for a goth queen. I got it and never wore it. Bit too small in the waist for me and I lagged returning it. My loss is your gain! It’s new without tags. Like real talk just been hanging in my closet foreverrrr. But I am moving and downsizing and could use some extra cash. Thanks!
