New. No tags but still has plastic covered pieces. Crossbody is still in plastic as are some of the hardware. Beautiful blue/teal. This is a bag I got at an estate sale and was sealed on top but very dusty. I cleaned it up but could still use a good wipe down. See pics. Similar listings for 300.00. I'm listing for half that.
