Light blue ditsy floral print blouse women's 2x

This blouse is new w/o tags because it's from Shein. It's a size 4x, which is a US 2x or 20W. Lightweight ditsy white floral print on light blue background, long sleeves gather at cuffs, with a flounce at the ends, v-neck, & matching tie belt. Tunic length. NO STRETCH. 100% polyester, but it's really flowy like chiffon, but not see-through. Perfectly fit my size 20 shape, I'm just not able to pull off the tied waist. Perfect for office or going out. Machine wash, dry low or cool.
