Beautiful baby blue prom/formal dress. Brand is JJ’s House. I am about 5’3 and length was perfect with some heels! Size is 00 but could fit up to a 2 because of the tie back. Only worn for a few hours and in exceptional condition! Very beautiful and comfortable dress!
