As listed in title. This (now gently used) viral blurring powder does indeed blur. Unfortunately, it's too drying for my skin now that my skin's less oily with age, but for my oily skin girlies she should be perfect. A little too dark for me, and I'm around an NC44. Used 1-2 times.
