@ksfogle hi! It's actually faux leather but definitely sturdy (honestly, perhaps more so than my leather purses)! I'm not at home right now so can't send you a better pic of the stitching yet but I did a quick search of "bcbg faux leather" and found a bunch of similar purses you could use for comparison! I'll upload a close-up pic tonight :)
