Ahoy, hottie! Lilly Pulitzer navy and white nautical stripes on a party dress fit for the high seas, or at least happy hour on the dock. Skirt has nautical rope appliques with sparkly rhinestones scattered throughout, and a spiffy navy blue bow ties at the waist, like a gift that no sailor can resist. Smooth cotton, fully lined, has pockets and bra strap loops. I love this dress so much and wore it only once to a wedding (my daughter had the matching little girl version.) It has been hand washed/dried flat once and stored in a garment bag for over 10 years (aforementioned daughter is in college now). Fabric still feels fresh and taut.
