Little mermaid puff sleeve dress L/XL

*SOLD* Little mermaid puff sleeve dress. I originally ordered this from an Etsy seller who handmade this dress. Unfortunately I was never able to wear it since it was a bit too big on me. The description states that it was a size M /L, but it fits like a L /XL
