90s Liz Claiborne knee high boots in black, square toe, 3 inch block heel, size 8, hit just below the knee. I love these but can't get them around my calves anymore. For reference, the calf opening is 13.5 inches. The inner lining around the calf is scuffed but otherwise no flaws. Offers welcome!!
