Locomotion Dress~SOLD~SOLD~SOLD~Effie's Heart

Locomotion knee-length dress by brand Effie's Heart, in like-new condition, worn once. Hits a little below my knees and I'm 5'3" for reference. Approx. 49" in length from neckline to bottom hem, and approx. 16" from armpit to armpit.
