I have four Louis Ferre 12" Human Hair Topper tp-3002 that are new in the box. They have a Monofilament top in half oval shape with 3 clips. Size 5" x 4.5". They would work well for someone with progressive or moderate hair loss/thinning. It will cover most of the top of your head/crown.
