Louis Vuitton zippers have been replaced and repaired by Louis Vuitton. the strap is adjustable. It can go very long or shorter, but not removable. No cracks. Rest of the bag is in good condition. not perfect but still a beautiful Louis Vuitton still very popular purse. I just lowered the price a little bit because I do not like selling. I do not have patience. I like buying at Louis Vuitton. Not out to make a profit. Just want to get a little bit back of what I paid plus what the zippers cost.
