Louis Vuitton Mini Lin Marie fixer upper

Authentic Louis Vuitton Mini Lin denim fixer upper. This bag is GORGEOUS but is in need of some help. She’s got two tears on the backside. One at the bottom and one at the top by the piping. Please see pictures. There is some cracking on the leather handles as pictured. Pockets have very minor wear and inside looks good but a little dirty and could use a wipe down. She’s got all five feet. Purchased as a fixer upper from The Bagriculture but just don’t have the time to fix her up like I wanted. With a little love this bag could be worth WAY more and is just so pretty.
