@troberts84 Hi, sorry for the delayed response. It did not come with a dust bag when I purchased it. It is definitely an authentic bag. I cannot find the date code. It may have worn off on the inside. I did use this bag very often.

@nicole2589 flip the inside pocket up and the Date code will be under the inside pocket. It will start with two letter letters, four numbers.
