Bag is still in very good condition with lots of life left. The leather just needs conditioning and cleaning. The hardware needs polishing. Interior doesn’t have any huge stains, just normal wear and tear imperfections. The bottom has some creases and mild water stains but the leather doesn’t have any cracks on the bottom - it’s shiny and well conditioned. The leather/suede tie is included and will come in a ziploc bag attached to the bag. It probably doesn’t have much life left and has some cracks already. A replacement leather/suede tie will cost around $50 online.
