Louis Vuitton - never full - strap damaged

Very Preloved Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag - with damaged strap. I’ve had this bag since 2012 and have loved it for years. Ready to move on to a bigger bag versus repair this one. The bag has a damaged strap as photographed, broken side hardware, some discoloration in the interior, wear in the pocket, tear in the leather on one side. There are a few worn edges on the bottom but the rest of the leather canvas is in great shape for its age - would be great to repurpose into something else.
