Lucky brand black blouse small

Super cute fit! Has a tie at the waist and can be tied tighter to be more peplum style or looser to fit like a regular blouse. Lovely lace detailing and real buttons up the front. Little see thru at the lace detailing but not noticeable enough to have to wear a cami inside (IMO).
