These were gifted to me and I just never wear them because of the color I need more black not brown. The inside tag was removed and due to the measurements I am going to say they are a size 10. They do not fit tight. They are a jogger so they have more of a loose fit, depending on your booty size. They measure 15 1/2 inches across which is a 31 inch waist. They are super soft.
